Blisstopia Retreats is a large 6,800 sq ft villa with the backyard on the base of Sunrise Mountain Preserve. Peaceful, beautiful, & serene! Follow us on Facebook & Instagram. Please note the following rules are adhered to 100%: Owner/managers live onsite in separate casita - when guests stay, they do not interfere or use any of the resort amenities. RULE #1 - Quiet time is 9pm weekdays - 10pm weekends NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule RULE #2 - For all guests attending any event - maximum capacity is 75 RULE #3 - Maximum overnight guests is 24 - no exceptions RULE #4 - For all events (weddings, family reunions, private parties, etc) All non guests not staying overnight must park, enter and leave through the south gate of back yard. RULE #5 - For all events, guest counts of 30-75 we require guest to rent 2 porta potties. We are on a private well/septic system. RULE #6 - NO SMOKING anywhere on property - NO smoking Period! RULE #7 - for all events - any outside vendors must be licensed, bonded and insured RULE #8 - Thermostats are monitored for energy savings, thermostats cannot be set below 75 degrees RULE #9 - Blisstopia Retreats is set up for adults - the property is NOT child/kid friendly - no safety fence for small children, sharp decorative rocks are all over the property, so we do not recommend children under 8 years of age. RULE #10 - Garbage bins are located in garage. Any garbage that does not fit in bins is to be removed by guests. RULE #11 - No burning candles, incense or lighting any fires inside home ever. If you except the above rules, please proceed. Blisstopia Retreats Features 5 main bedrooms with a 6th room (yoga/fitness room) that can be converted to a 6th bedroom. There are a total of 21 beds that can sleep up to 24. There is a huge gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Blisstopia is off grid on 2.5 acres of land with a private deep well for fresh clean water, a septic system, and solar for electricity. We are a total 100% NO SMOKING space. Many amenities at our retreat center including: Pool (unheated) 4 person hottub, volleyball court, outdoor kitchen with grill. Large family room with 65" smart TV, games, infrared sauna, and features several sitting/viewing areas. You will want to come back if you stay at Blisstopia Retreats!
