Maximum Occupants 8 guests using a self inflating queen air mattress located in master closet. Extra fee of $ 20 PER PERSON up to 2 people after standard occupancy of 6. No unregistered guests!
Leave it the way you found it. Insurance may not cover all damages, especially if the damages were caused intentionally or due to negligence. As the main guest you are financially responsible and will be held accountable for damages.
No smoking in home.
There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $40 per stay. All pets must be trained to defecate outdoors or use a litter box that you provide. Pets that exhibit destructive behavior ex. chewing furniture doors/scratching on carpets are not allowed, and the guest will be charged for any damages. Please bring supplies, toys, leashes, and leads. Per TWP ordinance, all pets must be leashed when outdoors. FOR YOUR PETS SAFETY AND THE SAFETY of others follow the leash law! Pets must be vaccinated and free of ticks and fleas. Even though We keep the lawn maintained , in summer months, ticks do live in grass and fall from trees, I have 2 dogs myself that lived there tick Free by simply wearing Soresto collars.
We are pet friendly, if you or anyone in your party is allergic to pet dander, this may not be the rental for you. The home is well sanitized and vacumed after each visit. We are not responsible for allergic reactions of any kind to include Seasonal, pets, poison ivy skin or food.

In Winter Months snow shovels and salt bins are provided outside each door of home. State law is that the property owner has 24 to 48 hours after the snow has stopped to remove all snow and ice. You may contact me or I may message you regarding clearing driveway of vehicles for snow removal.
